1. run the installer

2. Windows will open a window that looks like this. Click "more info". Don't worry, it's nothing bad. It's just that Windows doesn't recognize the program because I havn't obtained a digital certificate for the it, as doing so is a major hassle.

3. Click "run anyway".

HOW TO INSTALL ON LINUX

1. make sure "ping", "xterm", and "curl" are installed

2. unzip then run "install.sh"
